I’ve been a mother now for two months, am apart of several Facebook mom/ twin groups and took the prenatal classes before giving birth. So now that I’ve proven myself an expert, let me share with you what I’ve learned.
Even if you don’t consider yourself a morning person there are things you can do, or start to do, to build a healthy routine and start your day off on the right foot.
The first hour you are awake is what sets the tone for the rest of your day. If you can build a healthy daily morning routine you are more likely to have a successful, productive day, every day.
You dream of living your life stress free, accomplished and at peace. But, with this never ending list and no plan of how to organize your day, you will never acquire that lifestyle.
The trick is; understanding how to manage your time. Once this is accomplished, you can learn to live life productively.
In a world of stress, chaos, negativity, and doubt, we seem to be lacking positivity.
Happy thoughts, happy lives, happy relationships.
This is why I really wanted to put pen to paper (well finger to laptop) over things that make me happy.
In a world full of negativity and chaos we still need to pick ourselves up.
No one deserves to be unhappy; we all deserve to be happy!
We live in a wonderfully crazy world.
A world where choice is ours.
A world where literally everything and anything is at our finger tips.
A world where technological advances have far surpassed anything our grandparents could have ever imagined.
We also live in a world of lies; where getting ahead is more important than helping those far behind.
We live in a world where social media ‘likes’ define our popularity.
